SUMMARY

We are open to candidates with a variety of experience levels and are willing to train the right person.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Trailer and Fleet Mechanic to join our maintenance team and work alongside our Head Mechanic. This position will assist with the repair, maintenance, service, and preparation of our company-owned tractor/trailer equipment, with a primary focus on Pneumatic/Bulk Tank, Van, and Reefer Trailers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous mechanical or maintenance experience.
- Experience working on tractors, trailers, trucks, or other heavy equipment.
- Welding or fabrication experience.
- Experience with tires and tire service.
- Previous tractor/trailer driving experience.
- Ability to learn new mechanical skills and follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Education and/or Experience
- Previous mechanic experience (Preferred)
- Previous welding experience (Preferred)
- Class A CDL is a plus, but not required
