Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all plant operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and customer delivery requirements.
* Monitor daily production performance and implement corrective actions when needed
* Ensure efficient utilization of labor, equipment, materials and facility resources
* Develop and execute operational plans to support company growth

Qualifications:
* Associates degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field
* Seven years previous work experience in manufacturing/fabrication with at least three years experience in a  operations management role
* Experience managing a manufacturing facility or multiple production departments
* Experience and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality systems.
