Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors Announces 2026 Pre-Licensing Course Schedule

Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors, through its school, Midwest Educational Institute, announces its 2026 pre-licensing real estate course schedule. The courses are open to anyone interested in becoming licensed to sell real estate in Iowa. The program provides a comprehensive and supportive learning experience, backed by Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors. The school has offered required courses for licensure for over 25 years, adding its weeknight course in 2019.

The 60-hour Iowa Pre-Licensing Course is offered four times throughout the year and fulfills the state-required education needed to take the exam. Courses are taught by Misty Grady, a certified real estate instructor who contributes industry expertise and a commitment to student success.

The evening class meets three times a week for five weeks, which offers flexibility for students managing work and personal commitments. Students can choose to attend in person, virtually, or a combination of both.

The next class begins on April 6th:

  • Location: Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors Davenport office at 4545 Welcome Way, Davenport, IA 52806.
  • Time: 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
  • Cost: Enrollment requires only a $100 deposit, making it easy to reserve a spot in the upcoming class. (Total cost of the class is $425)
  • Subsequent class series are scheduled to begin on July 13th and September 28th.
  • The school also offers the three additional courses required for licensure, which are held in a hybrid format: Buying Practices, Listing Practices, and Developing Professionalism & Ethical Practices.
