CCDA Reopens Special Request Consideration
The Clinton County Development Association (CCDA) has reopened its consideration for Special Requests and is seeking substantial, transformational projects that will expand and further develop Clinton County, Iowa. Applications will be reviewed as they are received; however, the formal consideration process will not begin before July 1, 2026.Special Requests are distinct from CCDA’s bi-annual grant cycles.
