New Data Shows Local Real Estate Market Holding Strong
The Federal Housing Finance Agency published the 2024 Q3 Housing Price Index report and national data shows home prices rose 4.3 percent between the third quarter of 2023 and the third quarter of 2024. House prices were up 0.7 percent compared to the second quarter of 2024. FHFA’s seasonally adjusted monthly index for September was up 0.7 percent from August.
